Our centralized
Corporate Training Center is housed in our Jacksonville, Florida
office. It is here that all of our Generator Service Technicians
gather to learn of new products introductions, brush up on best
practices, and receive advanced training for continuous learning
and career development.
We also take
our training to the Technicians. Our Director of Training visits
each Technician on a rolling schedule to provide in-field instructions.
Additionally, we have developed coursework that is delivered via
the web for our Technicians to access from their homes on a flexible
schedule that works best for them.
We provide
customized training classes and seminars to meet the specific
requirements of our customers. Whether the need is for teaching
the basic fundamentals or advanced troubleshooting, PPT can design
programs that enable our customers to increase their knowledge
and lower their costs of generator maintenance.
